I completely forgot to make a postabout my new car. Thanks Crystal.
I've got a silver Scion xB (the boxy one), but its really late tonight, so I'll have to take some pics of it tomorrow and post them. I was voted to drive to StL when we went on vacation, so all the guys were in my car. As you can tell from the picture of us all sitting on the train, the men in my family are not small people. Me, my dad, my brother and my brother-in-law together, and after 4 hours of driving nobody had any complaints about her.
My moms Dodge caravan, however is a different story. That has to be the most uncomfortable vehicle I've ever sat in. My Scion has spoiled me on legroom, headroom and overall comfort space.
There was only one argument between me and my brother, so that was nice. (we generally don't get along, expecially on long trips together) I told him absolutely no sunflower seeds in my car, and the first gas station we stop at what does he buy....sunflower seeds. They sat on the dash until east of cameron, sometime after breakfast (we left at 4am from KC) and then he opens them up and starts crackin. I made him spit them out at the next stop.
No pitcures from the Cardinals game though, sry.

Sibbiddee posed an interesting question to my last post: Did she(the girl I'm interested in) see me drink from the bottle?
Yes, yes she did. She was sitting right there with me when I did it. So what do you all think significant or coincidence?
In other news.
I still haven't paid taxes on my Scion, but then again I still don't have the funds to do so. I've got current tags, they're just for my old car. All I have to do is not get pulled over until after I get everything licensed and switched over and paid for. I think I'm gonna have to pull the extra cash I pay against my student loans and use it with my next check to pay the taxes.

OK, I was at the picnic Sunday and I was sitting at the table talking with Amanda and Amber. My brother and his wife came late and they just arrived. So they go and fix their plates and my brother sits down first and he puts a bottle of tea on the table. So I take it and open it up and drink a sip, but then Carl is like "that was for my wife" and he won't drink it. I say that it was just a sip and its fine, but he won't drink it. During the interchange the girl I am interested in gets up and takes the bottle and begins drinking it as she walks to the volleyball court.
Is that significant or is it just a coincidence?

I designed a logo for my fantasy football team. I chose my personal favorite animal for my mascot. Which happnes to be quite possibly the coolest animal ever. The pangolin is an anteater, but unlike any other mammal it has scales. They are not like reptile scales, but rather made of the same material hair is made of...somewhat like rhino horns. but enough of the biology lesson.
The team name is the Highgrove Pangolins...whaddya think?

My work is being increasingly anal about our use of the internet. I can only image how long it will be before they block access to this site as well. Today we got an email that said we are not to use the internet unless absolutely necessary for business purposes. A coworker had left one of his browsers open and he got a phone call. It went something like this: "I sent out an email that said not to use the internet, I need you to get off the internet." Make no mistake, he was not actively browsing anything the page was just open and minimized as it had been for the last hour.
The IT people must have been monitering his computer, and perhaps all of our computers. So I one-upped them and I began uninstalling programs and dumpig files from my PC, anything I had casually saved to the HD was gone in about 30 minutes. Files, programs, everything. I don't think they understand this is a helpdesk and our workload is determined directly by the call volume, so if calls are down, there is nothing else for us to do. I'm glad I have a laptop, Lappy keeps all my music for me. Lets see IT try to tell me I can't bring in my Lappy. Sprint still has our phone systems screwed up, so we can't even page people when we need them, oh well, I guess I won't help our clients. More fun for us, more Stress, more Drama, more Frustration. And yet I don't want to quit because the job pays fairly well and I can't afford to pay my bills otherwise, I guess you could say I'm just trying to keep my head low so I don't get fired.
So here's to not getting fired
yay
